We thought a sunny January day would be the perfect time to treat you to some tropical luxe wedding inspiration. This shoot is overflowing with those happy summer vibes. We dare you to scroll through it without smiling or wanting to sip on a delicious tropical cocktail. It can’t be done!
With a zesty colour palette of hot pink, bold yellow and orange and a powerhouse of unstoppable creatives, the tropical luxe theme was truly brought to life. The dining tables of the luxurious waterfront venue of Ancora were adorned with coconuts, pineapples and tropical florals galore by Clara Jean Events and The Gold Coast Bride. Add in a divine three-tier passionfruit and coconut cake flecked with gold by Milk & Honey Cake Creative and you really have something special.
Other fitting details included a neon ‘Til Death Do Us Party sign by Neon Republic, sweet gift boxes by The Bridal Box Co, and furniture from Memorable Moments Hire.
Models Stacey McGregor, Kate Cooper and Daisy Morgan were all smiles and bubbly personalities in front of the experienced lens of the Bulb Creative team. Echoes of Stacey’s infectious laugh could be heard all around!
Swirling in gowns from White Lily Couture with relaxed, yet feminine hair and makeup by Rachael Harris MUA, the girls were having the time of their life – the epitome of what it means to be a bride. The day itself really summed up what the bridal experience should be – a celebration of joy.
The team tells of the inspiration behind the shoot, “As industry professionals, we see so many serious wedding inspo shoots, which are absolutely gorgeous, but sometimes, can feel a little lacklustre when compared to what is expected from the wedding day. We thought we’d try and capture the joy and fun of the big day in this tropical-inspired photoshoot.”
