We’re kicking off 2019 with a gorgeous styled shoot that marries modernity with a beautiful garden setting.
We’re so thrilled to be sharing today’s stunning collaboration between Jasmine Skye Photography and Pop Up Vintage Weddings at Western Australia’s beautiful Brookleigh Estate. With stunning florals, and a chic colour palette, deep tones combined with metallics lend a dark and moody vibe to this gorgeous country garden setting.
Butterfly Days set the scene with a navy and copper stationery suite, complemented with beautiful marbled paper and a copper wax seal that showed signs of what was to come. British Car Company delivered our “grooms” to their ceremony, where – in front of a stunning blue and copper backdrop created by The Flower Girl – they tied the knot under the watchful eyes of celebrant Chelsea Crowe. Switching from a gorgeous garden to rustic stables, the couple celebrated with a dramatic black wedding cake by The Messy Apron while sporting their brand new Hope Diamonds wedding rings.
Our grooms Josh (a celebrant himself a.k.a. Marry Me Josh) and Ben dressed in their own pieces from Country Road and YD. Though the pair has no wedding on the horizon they were happy to play dress up for the day.
Photographer Jasmine tells of their inspiration, “We had so much fun wandering through the huge shed and around the horse stables at Brookleigh (Swan Valley, WA) with the most epic light. But the most evident thing we all took away from the shoot was that these two guys are just like any other couple; insanely in love and we couldn’t be happier for them!”
