We’re globetrotting today as we dive into the “Sunset” collection from Budapest design house Daalarna Couture. 

With a background in fashion design, the brand was founded under designer Anita Benes’ sixteen years ago. Her work is filled with contemporary, feminine elegance. Working to haute couture standards, she sources her fabrics from around the globe, combining haute couture techniques with modern techniques and styling.

“Sunset” is inspired by anticipation, the special moments of the bride preparing herself for her wedding day, the moments before she walks down the aisle. The special moments that are fleeting, but hold so much importance.

The dreamy, magic is represented through comfortable, beautiful fabrics. Light, billowy silk chiffon, fine silks, sheer georgette in hues of sand and white framed against the sunset skies.

With a patriotic love of Hungary, each gown is handcrafted in Budapest,  with a focus on high-quality designer fabrics combined with high-quality techniques so that a bride not only wears a gown that is comfortable but one that stands up for the importance of her day,
