As we celebrate all things Italy this month, the stunning combination of lush greenery, bright citrus and a beautiful blank canvas industrial venue fit every requirement for a beautiful Italian inspired vibe!
Led by photographer Terri Hanlon Photography, the team gathered in the sweet town of Dayboro, Queensland at a converted Butter Factory (Entangled Events) for a shoot inspired by, in Terri’s words “the colourings of century-old fruits from the Mediterranean basin, such as oranges, limes, lemons and how they would feature in any wedding.”
With styling by Jenni Sellan, the amazing vendors set up a scene of a stunning greenery ceremony arbour, that was romantically wild, designed by Wallflower Floral Design and decorated with fresh citrus fruit the most beautiful complement to the long wooden two-tiered table, set with greenery, flowers that exuded the scent of fresh citrus, mandarins, oranges and lemons and delicious food by GrAtelife Cafe. A soft green invitation suite by September Creative tied right into the theme, while The Sweet Society created a masterpiece of a three-tier white wedding cake adorned with oranges.
Our bride, model Abigail Morley of Busy Models was styled by Sunshine Brides with dramatic hair and makeup, designed to beautifully complement the luxe gowns from Australian designers Goddess by Nature with jewels from Little White Couture.
Says Terri “This shoot was based on the gorgeous idea of citrus vibes, The collection of contributors were incredible and went above and beyond to make the theme work effortlessly in the environment.”
Congrats to the talented Terri & and the team for a stunning inspiration shoot and getting featured. Making me excited for Spring wedding season to come around.
