We sat down with Karinda Mathison, a superstar wedding coordinator, at Showtime Events to find out what inspires her creatively. Here’s what she had to say… 

How do you express your creative style in your work?
Working for two “blank canvas” venues really give you the freedom to continuously reinvent the feel and look of each individual event. Every couple has a unique stamp to place on the space and make it their own, so its exciting to be able to guide and mould their vision and help bring it all to life.

 

How does your creative flair set you apart?
I think is about balancing your “give and take approach” listening carefully to your clients ideas and suggestions, and translating that to create their vibe in a fresh new approach.

What is it about being creative that is fulfilling for you?
What a boring old world we would live in without the excitement of new ideas! It’s all about the process from an idea, to the growth and development, and usually the execution is far better than you envisioned.
