While we absolutely love a beautiful winter wedding here at Polka Dot Bride, we are ready for some sun and all of the colour it brings to our worlds. Just in time for peak wedding season Down Under, we asked the lovely ladies at Gillian Pollard to let us know what their favourite styling trends are for now and the year ahead.
My favourite colour pallet for the year ahead is mixed muted tones with a “pop” of bright. Steering away from the burgundies and pale pinks, which has dominated the past twelve months, this is perfect for a couple wanting a summery wedding without being too OTT. It’s colour without the drama. This colour pallet can work across multiple styles. We like refined clean lines for a more modern look or mix with a mass of foliage for a more boho or rustic feel.
Ms Zigzag says: There’s nothing better than sitting down to a beautifully styled setting like this to celebrate a special occasion and enjoy a meal with family and friends. I love this styling inspiration from the creative souls at Gillian Pollard.
