Kelly and Brett planned a truly family oriented Jarrahdale country wedding. Everything was thoughtfully planned, from a ceremony with words and sentiments that had special meaning, the gorgeous flowers and Dutch desserts created by the bride’s mother, to the connection of the ceremony and the reception music. This wedding was full of meaning and was a reflection of all they hold dear.
Brett explains how he came to choose his wedding attire, “We wanted the wedding to be traditional, timeless with a vintage feel. So I decided to wear a grey suit with a vintage classic feel, yet modern slim cut. I looked at a number of shops before deciding to purchase one I had my eye on for a while at Roger David. I waited for a sale, as we wanted to keep the majority of the funds spent on the day itself. I purchased the shirt from Calibre as I struggled to find the right fit for my height and build. I purchased a brown leather belt for $15 from Myer and the boots for $75 from Target. I also wore a watch from The Horse, which was a wedding gift from Kelly. We got the watch engraved before the big day, as we hope it will be a family heirloom. On the back, it has the date and ‘One Flesh’.”
