Tasmania is one of my very favourite places in the world and today’s stunning Winter Pumphouse Point engagement session makes the most of that magnificent mystique the state is so very good at during the colder months.

The stunning Pumphouse Point hotel on Lake St Clair set the scene for Caitlin & Josh to spend the day with photographer Rosie Hastie. The shoot, a little back to front, took place on the couple’s honeymoon, pre-wedding!

Caitlin explaining “Just before our wedding Josh was told he would need to go to Iraq with the Army shortly after our wedding so we switched it up and took our honeymoon first, in Tasmania. Our pre-wedding honeymoon photo shoot wasn’t something we planned or expected to do. My beautiful maid of honour gifted us a session with the gorgeous Rosie as a wedding present for our time spent at Pumphouse Point at Lake St Clair.”

On how they met, Caitlin tells “We met on Tinder! I don’t think either of us were expecting to find each other that way but we did and it was so lucky. We often say there wouldn’t have been many opportunities for us to have met in our normal daily lives so we are really thankful we did meet this way.
