With fun pops of colour, touches of copper and plenty of country romance, this bright & modern country wedding inspiration is sure to inspire your own country wedding celebration.
Photographer Lee Calleja Thomas headed to the stunning country Queensland venue of Royston House with stylist Ivy & Bleu and hair and makeup artist Shannon Hope along with a beautiful Grace Loves Lace wedding gown from Blush Bridal, jewels from Siver Foxie and fun wooden wedding decor from Wooden Letters Australia to create a shoot that as Lee says was “inspired by the rural landscape that appears in many of the images.”
Copper accents decorated the space – a simple arch for the ceremony and elegant copper hoppers giving a modern backdrop to the table topped in deep grey linens and adorned with pillar candles, olive leaves and blooms in bright pinks, oranges and magenta.
Lee tells “Both myself and Ivy and Bleu wanted to maintain an authenticity to the land with a spring of colours that represent our beautiful country. We also wanted the centre theme to be the real love between this real life couple – that we believe should now tie the knot ! It was all about the love combined with a whole lot of country Queensland and a lot of class and style! ”
