Ingredients:
30ml Melbourne Gin Company gin
20ml Grapefruit sherbet (grapefruit juice and caster sugar)
100ml Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blancs (sparkling wine)
Method:
Stir down the gin and grapefruit sherbet over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
