Inspired by “boho-chic” comes the Lihi Hod “White Bohemian” 2016 bridal collection. The recently married Israeli designer wanted to create a collection that was filled with soft romantic gowns and drew from her own experience as a bride and her love of beautiful art.
The collection which includes designs that are both reflective of vintage glamour and modern styling, are designed to be worn by the modern, free spirited bride. The bride who wants to wear something a little different. Layers of silk, cotton and chiffon are decorated with intricate hand beaded patterns of pearls, Swarovski crystals, and laces. My favourite detail, is the addition of sweet floral embellishments that are as delicate as they are pretty.
With each gown being custom made to the highest Parisian standards using Lihi’s attention to detail and craftsmanship, the gowns are beautifully created to reflect the discerning style of their wearers. Camisole style bodices, knee length dresses with fluttering feathers, bold belts, tiered skirts and off the shoulder shapes all combine to create a collection as beautiful as the name suggests.
