I love copper and I love the country so I’m delighted to be able to share this gorgeous inspiration shoot of copper country wedding ideas. With a love of natural country wedding and beautiful romantic details our team took to a beautiful country homestead with rolling green hills, rustic, worn barns and plenty of rural charm.
Photographer Karen Buckle and cinematographer Roost Film Co teamed with model Xanthe King, stylist and florist Green and Bloom, gown designer When Freddie Met Lilly, hair and makeup artist Fabulous Everything Hair and Makeup, stationers Little Peach Co and Ingrained, and wedding hire company Prop It Pretty at the stunning Spicers Hidden Vale.
The model, Xanthe was dressed in three stunning gowns from When Freddie Met Lilly which all encapsulated the fresh and fun feel of the shoot (complemented by makeup styled with dark copper eyes and bold berry lips by Fabulous Everything Hair and Makeup). A special appearance by wedding donkey Cinderella, complete with floral halo was the finishing touch.
Roberta of Green and Bloom notes, “The base pallette includes grey French linens, with wooden details, a sparkle of copper tones, and fresh blooms in purples, peaches, and fresh greens. In an industry surrounded by pinks and reds at present, we aimed for a unique colour range, combining copper metal tones, with wood, and purples and peaches.”
Custom copper wedding stationery was made by Little Peach Co and laser cut by Ingrained.
Green and Bloom created floral arrangements in copper and cream vessels using in season blooms including sweet peas, ranunculus, roses, artichokes, stock, protea, lisianthus, lavender, gladioli, tulips and berries.
As the finishing touch on this gorgeous country shoot, Roost Film Co captured the shoot on film.
