It’s about time Summer wedding planning kicked off and what better way than with a gorgeous garden glamour wedding inspiration shoot? The lush greenery of the willow trees, the dappled light, the bright floral arrangements and gorgeous styling all come into play to bring to life the vision of today’s styling team!
Duo photographer Marie of Lil Elements and stylist Eliska Ruffles & Bells pulled together today’s team of wedding creatives, including florist Merci Bouquet, bridal gowns from Eden Rose, makeup artist Miss Julie Makeup, hair stylist DeeLush Hair , accessories by Yummii and I, cake artist Cakes By Sharon, furniture and prop hire specialist Vintage Patina and stationer Letterpress Parlour.
Marie tells, “We have always loved garden themes but wanted to create a more glamorous and dreamy feel. We both love outdoor weddings and with the summer season here it was the perfect time for our concept. Who doesn’t love outdoor weddings? We wanted to set up an intimate secret garden setup for two amongst the stunning backdrop of weeping willow trees. Welcoming the new season of summer, we created a soft and glamorous atmosphere underneath the lovely rays of the sun with gorgeous flat-wares and lots of floral.”
The shoot kicked off with pale green themed stationery from Letterpress Parlour. Marie notes, “We can’t invite our guests without some press stationary by Letterpress Parlour, with classic stationery and menus.”
Cakes By Sharon created an incredible array of spring coloured cupcakes and tiered wedding cakes. Marie remembering, “Cakes by Sharon sweet desserts were the eye candy of the day. The clean lines and perfect shade of green complimented the greeneries and the glamour.”
Vintage Patina provided the furniture and props- including the sparkling chandelier! “The chandelier from Vintage Patina was the perfect glamorous touch especially when the sunlight touches the crystals showering sparkles onto to the table.”
Merci Bouquet not only created incredible floral centrepieces, bouquets and boutonnieres but also created frames packed with fresh blooms. “Merci Bouquet’s floral designs were beautiful and creating such a simple yet effective floral table runner, who needs a centerpiece when you can just look at the amazing blooms! We also adored her moss floral frames she created. ”
Eden Rose supplied the wedding gowns for model Amy Segal which were accessorised with hairpieces from Yummii and I with hair and makeup by Miss Julie Makeup and DeeLush Hair. Marie remarking, “Tanya from Eden Rose is a pleasure to work with as we adored her bridal dresses. Her work fitted perfectly into this theme, all the beads were stunning in the sunlight. What bought out the dresses was the beauty of Yummii & I headpieces. Her handmade headpieces are gorgeous along with the stylish braid up-do by Deelush.”
