Bohemian wedding style is still alive and well – something about that relaxed sense of beauty, connecting with nature and the carefree attitude has a beautiful touch when it comes to a wedding. This shoot that I’m sharing today was set to bring together the rustic look of a country field (Flaxton Grove), with the easy going bohemian styling – all in shades of white.
Jennifer Oliphant Photographer and Style Le Aisle joined forces to create this white bohemian wedding inspiration shoot, kicking off with a floral crown by Twig & Blossom featuring delicate dahlia and beautiful jasmine vine.
Ideas in Icing created a naked red velvet wedding cake and decorated it with fresh fruit in tones of red- including Autumnal plums, cherries, grapes and fresh figs.
Twig & Blossom included Australian natives when it came to the bouquets, choosing sea holly, spinning gum, native foliage, pink ice proteas, berzelia, molluca balm and Easter daisy to add a touch of colour.
Makeup artist Annette from Gorgeous Makeup & Beauty styled models Courtney, Tara and Jacinta’s makeup for the shoot using soft, fresh colours while Sandi of Rolling Scissors Mobile Hairdressing created loose curls and carefree waves.
Shut The Front Door supplied the feather, fabric and crystal hairpieces and created a custom bandeau (named “Jacinta”) for the shoot.
The models wore silk chiffon and guipure lace hand crafted originals by Judy Copley.
