In celebration of Chinese New Year, Australian tea brand Dilmah devised a range of sweet and fruity tea based cocktails. Just the right treat for an afternoon wedding don’t you think?
Today’s Moroccan Mint Mojito might just be my favourite- as a mojito lover through and through! The fresh mint tea blended with lime juice and white rum and topped with fresh mint make for a refreshing Summer cocktail!
Glass High Ball
Ingredients
- 90ml Dilmah Green Tea Moroccan Mint
- 30ml White Rum
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Mint Leaves
- Crushed Ice
Method
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool
- Muddle the mint leaves
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve in an ice filled glass
- Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime
