In celebration of Chinese New Year, Australian tea brand Dilmah devised a range of sweet and fruity tea based cocktails. Just the right treat for an afternoon wedding don’t you think?

Today’s Moroccan Mint Mojito might just be my favourite- as a mojito lover through and through! The fresh mint tea blended with lime juice and white rum and topped with fresh mint make for a refreshing Summer cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 90ml Dilmah Green Tea Moroccan Mint
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • Mint Leaves
  • Crushed Ice

Method

  • Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool
  • Muddle the mint leaves
  • Mix all the ingredients together and serve in an ice filled glass
  • Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime
