Ingredients:
50ml of COINTREAU
20ml Fresh lime juice
50ml cold black tea
4 Fresh mint leaves
50ml of soda water
Garnish: Fresh mint leaves
Method:
In a boston shaker: add Cointreau, tea, lime juice and mint leaves. Fill with ice.
Shake until the metal tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves.
