Children are by nature fun, energetic, curious and hopeful, while at the same time they can appear vulnerable, exhausting and emotional. Being a father myself, I cannot help but always get attracted (or you can say distracted) and fascinated by their innocent ideas and erratic moves. Novelist Christopher Moore once said, “Children see magic because they look for it.”
As a wedding photojournalist, it is my job to reveal that magic not seen in the adult world. In fact, I owe a big thank you to these little guys as they have never failed to provide me with opportunities to photograph weddings from a direct and genuine perspective, so I can look beyond the usually elaborate or sometimes superficial event and document some things that will be dearly treasured in 10, 20 or 50 years time.

Ms Gingham says: Sniff, sniff, sniffing… wiping away a tear and smiling with a lump in my throat. Love this!
About Jackie Chan Photography: “Working as an observer, I capture unobtrusively special moments of people in their environments. The result is always a natural, true record of the event that gives you a timeless memory to last for generations.”
Love these shots – ahhh, the innocence of childhood beautifully captured with these shots!
