This dreamy vintage inspiration shoot comes to us from Amy Oram of Teeki. Together with a talented team (including photographer Samantha Macabulos who made sure each vendor went away with a bag filled with chocolate brownies!). The soft colours, dreamy lighting and stunning pieces all came together to make this inspiration shoot truly a vintage dream.
Amy tells the inspiration behind the shoot. “…People always tell me I have a vintage style and feel to my work and it is probably because I love the fact that gorgeous vintage pieces are timeless, can be re worked and passed on through generations.
And that is exactly what the two inspirational jewellery designers that were on board for the shoot do! Karlie Gartner from Melbourne and The Ritzy Rose from the USA take old things and make them new again. I love that and I also love to use old vintage finds in some of my pieces.
Teeki’s headpieces sit next to gorgeous dresses from Trelise Cooper and Bridesmaids Only (Lisa Brown, Joanna August & Jenny Yoo Collection).
And to top it all off some stunning bouquets by Clementine Posy and brooch bouquet from The Ritzy Rose
I never like to shoot what a typical bride would normally chose to wear when doing creative shoots. I like to offer unique choices and inspire people to think outside the “typical” wedding box. So I chose gorgeous dresses that could be interpreted as bridal gowns for a more relaxed garden wedding or could be worn by bridesmaids.”
Gorgeous hairstyles!
This vintage detailing is super sweet and subtly wound through the look. The quirky edge of some of the accessories is a stand out, my vintage online brides would adore the slight edginess of these. Tres Era Chic! {Bec} x
Lovin the angles and the vintage theme!
Gorgeous! Where can I find the pearl necklace the model in blush is wearing?
