I love looking at photos. I love admiring other people’s photos. But when it came to having my own taken I was a bit hesitant!

What do I wear? How do I stand? What do I do with my hands?!?! But from the second our photographer arrived, we were having SO MUCH FUN. Dave from Sheer Image Photography is brilliant. We both felt so at ease, very relaxed and really enjoyed having our photos taken. Dave allowed us to be natural and muck around and I think that’s why the photos are so beautiful as he captured us as we are – not some fake image of how we should look.

We decided to head to Balmoral beach for our e-shoot. This spot has become rather special to us since Tom proposed here on our 7th year anniversary last June. It really is one of the most beautiful spots in Sydney.

We had a picnic! (as we always do!)

We played naughts and crosses and…

we held hands and gazed at each other.

We really enjoyed allowing our love to be captured and can’t wait to get some of these up in our new little home! (bring on November!)
