Happy Monday Polka Dot Bridettes! What did you get up to this weekend? We made the trek to Ikea for some new office furniture (hooray!) and spent Sunday recuperating!

Are bridal gowns not always some of the most spectacular gowns? We’re so lucky in Australia to have some of the most creative designers in the world- but today’s designer? She’s not only based in Australia, but you can find her creations in London too! Introducing to you, the wonderful Sarah Janks Bridal. Sarah creates stunning bridal gowns which feature classic shapes and modern touches- the back of her gowns, instead of being hidden can become a feature and she even includes detail like origami style flowers, laces and intricate detailing,

Sarah recently showed her collection at White Gallery in London (because she’s located in Sydney and London and designs separate collections for each region) one of the most prestigious bridal fairs in the world! (We’re hoping to have some photos to show you soon!)

What is your favourite after five drink?

That depends on the day I’ve had, or where I am. If I’m out, its a vodka tonic or champagne, at home it’s a cup of rooibos tea.

Your favourite weekend getaway?

Up the coast to a surf spot with the family

Roka in London.

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Favorite wedding story?

I don’t have one I’m sorry! It’s probably more about the dress for me anyway!
