There’s one person you truly cannot get married without- your celebrant! So I am thrilled to introduce you this week’s Vendor of The Week Pauline Fawkner Celebrant. Sydney based celebrant, Pauline has worked for many years as a celebrant and even longer as a Justice Of The Peace. Pauline’s experienced many wedding ceremonies which means she knows the right balance of structure and tradition and your own personal touches.  For international couples wanting to marry in Sydney – Pauline knows all the tips and regulations to get married in Australia so she’s a great choice if you’re planning to elope!

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

If I don’t have a morning wedding then I will cook something like scrambled eggs with goat’s curd and jalapeno chilli for my huband and I. If I have to get ready for a morning wedding then a bowl of cereal with fresh fruit and a cup of good coffee.

Your favourite wedding story?

I recently conducted the wedding of my beautiful step-daughter – a definite highlight of my 15 year career as a celebrant.
