The Man proposed at a dilapidated school, so it seemed only fitting to have a fun school theme for our engagement party. I illustrated a vintage school desk, complete with our initials carved in, with type reminiscent of school book doodling. To prevent it looking too Play School, the bright colours are toned down with the rustic twine, woodgrain pattern and recycled envelopes.
I then made some cute extras, which I’ve made available for you to download free!
Lolly bag labels
Remember going to parties as a kid and taking home your bag of goodies? We left out some bags, string and pens for guests to pack up their own little bag o’ treats from the lolly table.
Instructions: Print onto adhesive paper, cut out with a circle cutter, stick onto cellophane bags.

Bubble bottle labels
This is a super easy way to dress up generic bottles of bubble mix for a wedding or party.
Instructions: Print onto adhesive paper, cut to size, stick onto store-bought bottles.

Food flags
We used these as a mess-free way for guests to pick up savoury nibbles, but they would look even more adorable as a cupcake topper.
Instructions: Print onto adhesive paper, cut out, wrap around toothpicks.
