I have a very special treat today! Lisa from Culture Bridal Couture recently shot her gorgeous new couture designs and sent the photos for us to share with you! Her latest gowns were shot with a beautiful vintage feel to show off their vintage style and Lisa shared her thoughts behind her designs.
Lisa says “To get the “mood” of the latest Vintage-inspired designs, I planned 2 photo shoots, using the same new gowns and the same team of talented photographers, hair & make-up stylists, etc, but using 2 different models, so we could choose which looks suited which model and location the best.
We did one bridal shoot at Boronia House (a beautiful “vintage themed” reception venue), with our gorgeous blonde model Natalie, and then a studio shoot in the photographers’ Erskineville studio, with a brunette model Katherine. Both shoots featured the same group of vintage-inspired gowns, with the Boronia House shoot being more Vintage 1930’s inspired, and the studio shoot being all about 1950’s Vintage Glamour!”
Lisa’s dream team included Make-up by Simone Cozens, Hair Styling by Peta Pelligrini, Accessories by a mix of fabulous suppliers, including jewellery by Tessarella House, Stephanie Browne and bespoke pieces supplied by Culture Bridal Couture, shoes by Deseo, Photography by Dario Gardiman and Videography by Alex Zar at Radiant Bride.
Photography by Dario Gardiman for Culture Bridal.
Alex Zar at Radiant Bride filmed the two shoots for a “behind the scenes” special video.
I am in love with the 1950s style party dress! I have been a fan of Culture Bridal Couture’s designs for a long time. Can’t wait to use them for my wedding dress. Pity my wedding is 2+ years from now!
Stunning Lisa! You keep amazing me with your skill. What a beautiful shoot. Thanks for sharing with us 🙂
