– Silvery metallic chairs, white cloths with soft grey organza table runners beaded and embroidered in soft pink, pale grey napkins fastened with old silver buttons, silver chargers underneath white crockery, crystal candelabra, silver rimmed glassware, pale pink and ivory roses with dusty miller foliage
– Peonies, hydrangeas, sweet peas, ‘Metallina’ rose, pink, apricot or mauve roses, dusty miller foliage, pink peppercorn berries, baby’s breath, grey conifers, sedums, sea holly, lavender
– A whisper grey wedding taffeta dress, beaded in pale blue and darker grey beads, ivory and blue/green hydrangea bouquet, grey satin covered shoes, mid grey suits for the men with blue/green/grey ties and boutonnierre, bridesmaids in pale blue, pewter beading on fabric or grey pearls as jewellery, pearl grey shoes. Yeh, i find that grey doesn’t get nearly as much love as it should…it’s sucha subtle grounding color, that when paired with the right hue, can evoke a wide range of emotions. Great post.
