Dotties, we have another beauty from Running Postman Bar for today’s Cocktail Friday – the “Watermelon Sugar” cocktail—an enchanting blend of Sunday’s Gin, watermelon liqueur, lemon juice, and watermelon puree. This delightful concoction offers a harmonious balance of sweet and tangy flavors, evoking the essence of a sunny summer day (and let’s be real, sometimes we need to invoke a little summer during the winter months!). Served chilled and garnished with a dehydrated lime, it’s the perfect indulgence. So throw on some Harry Styles and get mixing!

Ingredients: 

  • 30ml Sundays Gin
  • 15ml Watermelon liqueur
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Watermelon Puree
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup

Method:

Place all in a shaker with ice, shake until cold, and double strain into a glass.

Garnish:

Cut a small dehydrated lime and place on the side of the glass.
