Sometimes it’s as simple as taking a glass of deliciously lovely champagne and adding one extra “ingredient” to create a winning cocktail for your wedding night. This is exactly what the team at Roomba’s at Mt Aitken has done to bring you their Wild Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail for The Champagne Issue!

Ingredients:

Your champagne of choice and a jar of Wild Hibiscus flowers in syrup!

Method: 

Pop a wild hibiscus flower from a jar of Wil Hibiscus, with a spoonful of some of the liquid, into a champagne flute. Top up slowly with sparkling, then drink, enjoy and savour the flower to eat last!
