Another day, another stunning editorial of fashion that is going to knock your gown loving socks off. Today’s comes from one of our much-loved wedding gown teams – Leah S Designs.
Head honcho Leah knows a thing or two about wedding day attire, and this editorial was dreamt up to show off her brand new collection. “For this year’s style, we focused on contemporary lace and beaded silhouette, crystallized fabrics with intense luminance” says Leah, who also dressed the model in pieces from her jewellery business Hello Lovers Australia. “Featuring our Jules Ella and Enchanted gowns, we are loving this shape of the dresses on all shapes of brides this year. Simple lines with bold fabrics, make a statement with the wild Australian backdrop.”
With LXCreations Photography behind the camera, Florium Creations in charge of creating beautiful floral pieces (both a bouquet and a hairpiece) in tones of blush, using seasonal blooms, and Pink Gloss styling our model’s hair and makeup, it was a collaboration that was a perfect combo.
The team took to the beautiful clifftops of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula, particularly showing off its magic as the sunset and cast a golden light over the entire setting.
Now let’s talk style, the beautiful floral hairpiece designed to bring the “wow factor”. The gorgeous floral hairpiece using Coral celosia, Peonies, carnations and antique sim, while the coordinating bouquet brought in wild foraged elements that were locally sourced, including black foundation grass and smoke bush.
For the makeup and hair, the look was all about completing the gowns. Fresh & dewy makeup styled with a dusty metallic eyeshadow and neutral lip colour.
There are endless ways to style your look for your wedding day and today’s editorial is bound to inspire you to go your own way!
