What do bridal couples love about having their weddings there?
We only host one wedding per day at Lindenderry. Couples have exclusive choice of ceremony space and photo locations.
We have 34-acres of stunning gardens and vines make for beautiful photo opportunities and ceremony locations. Wander amongst the vines, wed your beloved down the iconic aisle flanked by cypress trees or beside the picturesque lake, and capture your first moments as husband and wife.
We offer warm, authentic service backed by 24 years of hospitality experience. And couples get to enjoy a stress-free day with everything in the one location – accommodation, the ceremony, photo locations, the reception, and the opportunity to extend the celebrations to the next day.
Can you tell us a bit about your ceremony space?
We have three ceremony locations at Lindenderry, which are equally unique and beautiful:
The Vineyard – Our most popular location at Lindenderry. The Vineyard features a long grand aisle flanked by manicured cypress trees and rows of vines beyond. This iconic backdrop will remain vivid in your mind for a lifetime to come (and make for the most stunning ceremony shots).
The First Tier Garden – The most private spot we have on the property where you can meet your beloved down the garden path. Surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery, it’s an intimate spot to exchange your vows with partial views of the lake to one side.
Lakeside – A ceremony space with the tranquil lake in full view just beyond where you’ll exchange your vows. You are surrounded by tall silver birch trees making for a magical backdrop befitting of the most important day of your lives.

What’s your favourite spot in the grounds for wedding photos?
There are so many spots to choose from. My favourite is very close to the first tier garden ceremony space. Imagine a cathedral of beautiful greenery – a pathway flanked by tall trees on either side as far as the eye can see.
What’s your reception space like?
Our reception space is a light-filled, modern room with dark timber floors and Bentwood chairs. With the flexibility to host your guests on long or round tables, and the freedom to choose the perfect position for the spacious dance floor, you are able to let your vision come to life as you make this space your own.
How many guests can the reception space cater for?
We can fit a maximum 180 people seated on long tables, 160 people seated on round tables and 250 people cocktail style.

Tell us about the food and drinks…
Lindenderry serves elegant regional fare made with the upmost respect for the hand-selected, locally sourced ingredients.
Our menu is seasonal with many options for each couple to choose from. We can provide alternating or shared style. We can also provide a cocktail style menu. My favourite dish from this season is our seared scallops, smashed celeriac and grapefruit.
Beverage packages include Lindenderry Sparkling Cuvée, Lindenderry Sauvignon Blanc and Lindenderry Shiraz. We also provide the couple’s choice of either Peroni or Crown Lager, Cascade Light as well as fruit juice, soft drink and tea and coffee.
Do you offer food and wine matching advice?
Yes of course, we provide every couple a complimentary menu tasting closer to their wedding date. This menu tasting provides them with the opportunity to discuss the food with the chefs and the wine with our knowledgeable food and beverage staff.
What’s the best Lindenderry wine (in your opinion!)?
We are spoilt for choice here at Lindenderry, but, as I am a white wine drinker, our Blanc de Blanc and Pinot Gris are my go-to.

No, we do not.
Do you work with specific suppliers and/or can couples user their own?
Our couples can use any suppliers they choose and our staff with them on the day to ensure everything is perfect. We do provide a preferred suppliers list which feature some fantastic businesses in the Mornington Peninsula region.

What would you say to couples considering Red Hill as the location for their wedding? What sets Lindenderry apart from other venues?
The Mornington Peninsula is an idyllic setting for a wedding, or any celebration for that matter! Lindenderry is set in the very heart of Red Hill and is ideally positioned to soak up the best of the Mornington Peninsula; the pure-sand beaches, soul-enriching nature, artisan produce and revered cool climate wineries.

With the elegantly appointed rooms just metres away, extend your special day to a weekend or longer and savour the special moments together.
What do you love about hosting weddings?
I am one of those fortunate people who get to say that they love coming to work! Having studied and trained in this industry, I take such pride in ensuring that from the moment I meet a couple to their wedding day, that we work together to make their dream come to life. It is a joy making sure every piece of their day is put together as they envisioned it – the feeling of assisting in such an important and memorable day in someone’s life is just priceless.
Thank you Jessica for sharing your special venue with us today! What a perfect place to get married. Bridal couples are definitely in safe and experienced hands at Lindenderry.
