We aren’t quite sure how January flew by, but with February at our doorstep, this means that the most love filled day of the year is here – Valentines Day! Who doesn’t’ love the thought of romantic love letters, bunches of flowers and buzzing with those Friday Fuzzy Feelings for your special person! So, with all the feels in the air, we’ve asked Black Avenue Productions what does being in a marriage or long term relationship mean to you?

Lowina and Philsy Blackman from Black Avenue Productions have been together since 2006, married for 8 years, here’s what they have to say:

Lowina: “Happy wife, happy life! As long as I’m in charge of the relationship.” (laugh)
Philsy: “Yeah as long as she thinks she is in charge of the relationship.” (laugh even louder)

We accept that we are two individual people living together, growing together, achieving goals together, sharing life experiences together, in a similar pace.
As long as we share similar morals, values and ethical principles, and accept that these will also be changed from time to time, being in a marriage is so much fun for us.
