Hanging floral installations
We love seeing couples’ dreams come to life especially with magical floral installations at The Abbotsford Convent. They work perfectly hung from the exposed beams and create a sense of height.
Whether they are designed as round floral chandeliers with bursts of colour or a simple strung garland of greenery – installations are always stunning and create a grand impact when your guests are entering the room.

Another trend making an impact for our Bursaria Fine Foods weddings are exquisite florals infused with a deep autumnal palette of crimson, scarlet and vermillion mixed with pops of contrasting greens. They always look stunning against a variety of backdrops especially bridal gowns. We love seeing these vibrant colours featured across accessories and styling including table settings and perfectly placed on naked wedding cakes. The contrast of colour is always exquisite.

Cheese wheel cakes
Cheese wheel cakes definitely make an impression at your wedding day. With a combination of local and imported cheeses topped with florals these are a perfect way to end a celebration!

Grazing feasts are a colourful affair!
A fusion of fresh seasonal produce with bursts of colour make for a wonderful celebration. There’s definitely a trend for a more relaxed style of wedding where guests indulge in a grazing style feast served down the centre of the table, matched with seasonal side dishes. We think this style of dining is the perfect way for couples to celebrate their special day in a relaxed setting.
