Cocktail Friday - Autumnal Apple Sour

The leaves on the trees will be starting to change colour soon – and another season will begin! Autumn, herbs and apples might just be a few of our favourite things and we loved creating this twist on a traditional sour with botanical herbs and fruit! Our autumnal apple sour has a fun addition of rosemary – it might be an unusual herb to use in a cocktail but trust us on this one – it works!

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Frangelico
  • 15 ml apple liqueur
  • 30ml apple juice
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Good squeeze of lime
  • Ice

Method:

Combine the Frangelico, apple liqueur and apple juice in a cocktail shaker and mix. Pour into a lowball glass over ice and swirl with a rosemary sprig.

Add a good squeeze of lime and stir.
