Something a little ‘sweet and sour’ side grabbed my attention this week for Cocktail Friday; Boodles Gin Salted Negroni, with the sweetness of vermouth mixed back with the bite of Campari and grapefruit, sounds just too good! A perfect way to start the weekend! Cheers!
Ingredients:
- 45ml Boodles Gin
- 20ml Sweet Vermouth
- 20ml Campari
- 30ml grapefruit juice
- 60ml soda water
- Sea salt
Method:
Quickly shake gin, vermouth, Campari, grapefruit juice and a small pinch of sea salt. Strain in a Collins glass over ice and add soda water. Add another small pinch of sea salt and garnish with long grapefruit peel.
