As a fan of the good old sparkling bubbles, I love a Bellini and this one is just right for a Valentines Day breakfast! The berries add a rich tart flavour and a very Valentine friendly colour!
Ingredients
– Your favourite Prosecco or champagne
– 25 ml Raspberry liqueur
– 50ml berry puree
Method
Pour berry puree into the bottom of a champagne glass.
Add raspberry liqueur and stir.
Top with icy cold Prosecco or champagne.
Enjoy!
