Even though August heralds our bleakest Winter month in many parts of Australia, our thoughts are already turning to the warmer months ahead. So it is in this spirit that we share a cocktail recipe from City Quarter Bar and The Pier Geelong. With citrus, elderflower and apple flavours, Bebe Bebe is sure to go down well on a balmy summer evening – summer in a glass!
Ingredients:
30ml St Germain
30ml Cointreau
30ml Lime Juice
45ml Apple juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg white
3 Dashes Orange Bitter’s
Fill a Highball glass with ice.
Add all ingredients to a shaker, fill shaker with ice.
Shake then double strain into Highball glass and garnish with an apple fan.
