Blushing bubbles is the perfect little treat for a Valentine’s Day tipple. With its vibrant red colour, the abundance of bubbles and the fresh lime and mint it’s a Summery champagne cocktail. This recipe makes two.
– Two limes
– Pommery champagne
– 60ml Grenadine syrup
– Fresh mint leaves
Squeeze the juice of two limes into a cocktail shaker.
Add fresh mint and 60 ml of grenadine syrup.
Muddle ingredients together.
Add mixture to tall tumblers or champagne flutes.
Top with ice cold champagne.
