1. These heels by Jimmy Choo via Nordstrom are just stunning! #Jimmy #heartpalpitations
2. Now, I’m a wedding florist. You’d think I’d have a fair idea what I’d choose should I ever get proposed to…*sigh. Alas, my mind forever changes! Last week, after quoting for a bride I decided I was in love with lush green and blue. Yummy cobalt hydrangeas, delphinium florets and cornflowers, Green roses and Trick carnations surrounded by delicate maidenhair fern. Delicious. This week I came across this and goodbye Blue and Green! Hot Pink David Austen Roses. A large round bouquet of this goodness. Bound with wide satin ribbon in black and the softest gold.

5. This elegant cake is fantastic! Via Cake Central
6. I’ve always loved alternatives to a white gown. Being a strawberry blonde with the palest Celtic skin I have always thought white/ivory would have me looking washed out. Hence this! By Giambattista Valli

About Fern Wedding Florist: I’m Chrissi, I’ve been inspired by nature and all it comprises for as long as I can recall. Floristry has been my heart and soul for many years, from humble beginnings in 1997 in suburban Auckland, through to creating decadent wedding work & opulent, large scale arrangements for events in Gold Coast & Brisbane City shops. I became a Mummy in 2010 to a lovely little man called Layne & I’m grateful to be able to continue with my passion for wedding flowers from my home.
