Beau and I met in 2010 at a mutual friend’s engagement party. Since then our love has grown and strengthened. Beau proposed in May this year with a vintage gold, sapphire and diamond ring from the Paddington Antique Centre, Brisbane.  Being engaged is an enchanting and romantic experience. We wanted to capture this special time with an engagement shoot from Kimberley Hill in one of our favourite Brisbane locations, Mount Glorious. We combined my love of whimsical, vintage styling and Beau’s passion for music and motorbikes in this shoot. But most of all, we just wanted photographs which showed our love for one another. It was a perfect, winter’s Sunday morning shooting on Glorious and Kimberley was a joy to work with. She listened and cared about our ideas and captured us better than we could have imagined. We’re planning our wedding for September 2014 and Kimberley will be back behind the lens capturing the big day for us. We cannot wait to get married!
