INGREDIENTS
250G Packet Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
1 can Condensed milk
30G Rum
15G cocoa
80G Coconut
** extra garnish for covering balls
PREPARATION
Process biscuits until finely chopped. Add all other ingredients and mix together.
Roll into balls and cover with coconut or other garnish.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours before eating.
Yum! Another simple truffle recipe is throwing a pack of Oreos with a pack of cream cheese into a food processor and blending away (you might need to adjust the quantities of Oreos and cream cheese depending on how sticky the misture becomes) – roll into balls and cover with melted chocolate…delish!
