Hi there,
I think I can help out Bride #1. I sometimes use a fabric website called fabric.com – they are located in the U.S. but for about $12 they will ship a decent size box of fabric to Australia and they are selling a nearly identical fabric for around $7.50-8 a yard so it might suit your budget a bit better.

Hope that helps!

Thanks so much Paige!
Hi Bride 5 – have you looked into the Harvey Range Tea Rooms ? (the 2011 Make Believe Wedding was held there – and it was actually featured here on Polka Dot Bride!)
Hi paula!
That’s the one place I recommended to Bride #5! I couldn’t find any others (thanks Make Believe Wedding you saved my day!)
Jupiters casino, Rydges southbank and Mecure inn all do weddings on the lawn
For bride 6 🙂
Bride #3, Hopewood in Bowral http://www.hopewoodcountryhouse.com.au/ is a lovely old estate where you can have both ceremony and reception and BYO. It is across the road from Centennial Vineyard (they also do weddings but no BYO). You are not likely to find a winery that will let you do BYO.
Hi Bride #2,
For the glass votive candle holders, I can suggest something similar. Lincraft have them (boxes of 12) for quite a low price, $12.95 a box from memory. They are designed for tea light candles though, not votives and have slightly rounded sides, so it depends on the look you are after.
The second photo down on the attached web page has a picture of them.

I’ve used them before for table decorations at functions and they look great.
Good luck!
