Fiona and Shane

Happy Saturday! Feel like a bit of fun in the sun? How about this delightful engagement shoot of Fiona and Shane by Gemma Clarke Photography? Fiona shared the story of how she and Shane met and fell in love. “Fiona and Shane met almost eight years ago during agency life in Ultimo and with a sharing love of creativity and science fiction, they instantly fell in love.” Shane adores Fiona’s quirky tendencies and independent spirit and Fiona loves Shane’s passion for design and always looking at things from a different perspective. Shane proposed over drinks at the New York Bar atop the 52nd floor of the Park Hyatt in Tokyo, taking Fiona completely by surprise and following with a booking at the Michelin star Ryugin restaurant whereby the head chef personally came out to congratulate them. A vintage picnic theme for their engagement session seemed fitting as they love to take their new puppy, Willow, outdoors and relax over good food and wine and liver treats. Their upcoming wedding in April, almost entirely pulled together with the wonderful vendors at Etsy.com, will be an intimate vintage garden affair with close family and friends in Sydney and their beloved red velvet wedding cake!
