Polka Dot month means we lean hard into everything spotty, and these gold tea light holders or vases are just right! Super easy to make, and quite soothing too. You can add some extra detail to your decorations in no time at all.
What You Will Need
- Glass vessels – use tea light votives, vases, glass plates, etc
- Gold marker pen for glass
Step One
After choosing the glass you’ll use, make sure it’s all clean, dry, and free from dust. Let your imagination run wild when it comes to choosing which glassware to use – from small candles to large bouquets, they can be used for anything! Following the instructions on the pen (and with a steady hand), begin to decorate the glass. Have a practice run first on something that is disposable. Do large polka dots, small ones, varying sizes of spots, or gradient patterns. Keep them all the same or all different – and have fun with your designs!
Step Two
Let your designs dry before using them for candle holders and vases. Fill them with fresh blooms and light up your tables with sweet, handmade decor that you’ve crafted yourself.
