Rebecca Vallance is a name synonymous with elegant, beautiful design when it comes to Australian fashion. And last month, the designer dropped that signature style onto something even more exciting – wedding gowns! Today, meet “En Blanc”.
“En Blanc”, the brand’s second wedding collection, brings to life that modern, minimal silhouette, with plenty of drama, Rebecca designed this collection around oversize taffeta bows and unique fabric choices like stretch corded laces and form-fitting crepes.
With dreams in mind that these pieces will be extended well beyond the wedding day – to engagement parties, afterparties, receptions and wedding shows, Rebecca and the design team made sure the pieces were able to carry off different occasions. Many are available in varying lengths to be able to be worn dressed up or down.
Our picks? You simply must take a look at “Rosette” a simple, strapless floor-length gown adorned with an oversize bow on the back. “Florent” of draped liquid satin, has long blouson sleeves, and a matching fabric belt. “Mia” is a little more “classic wedding”, an off the shoulder neckline making way for a long lace sleeved bodice, mermaid hem with a dramatic train. For a more playful look, check out one of the mini-dress designs like “Monique”, the textured crepe with long sleeves just the right base for again, another oversize bow.
Which is your pick?
