Tell us about your wedding?

Our wedding was at the beautiful venue The Anchorage in Port Stephens. Port Stephens is like a second home to us we spent many weekends and holidays with family or just the two of us and it’s where We got engaged. The venue to us was the best setting for our special day as Toms Pop (who died about 13 yrs ago) and his dad had their own boat building business, so to have the amazing boats in the background paid a great tribute to Tom’s pop Neville Thomas Steber who Tom is actually named after. 

Our wedding was a modern/rustic theme with hints of marble as I am obsessed with marble. We kept it very traditional and simple and enjoyed being surrounded by all our loving family and friends.

Now that some time has passed, what would you differently?

I wouldn’t change a thing it was the most amazing day I could have asked for being able to marry my best friend. 

What was the memorable moment of your wedding day?

The overwhelming love and support we had from our family and friends. 

What advice do you have for others planning their wedding?

I would definitely hire a wedding stylist especially the amazing Emily from YWC Productions who collaborates with Rachael from Botanica Bird who is an outstanding florist. 

Did you have any vendors you absolutely adored and still remember?

We loved all our vendors as they made our day perfect.

If you could do it all over again, what would your wedding look like?

I would do exactly the same. It was my dream wedding that came to life. 

Where has life taken you? What are you up to now?

Not long after our wedding, we tried for a baby and successfully got pregnant first go. We went on our honeymoon whilst I was 10 weeks pregnant to America and Mexico. 

On the 19th of February, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy William Mark Steber. So our life right now is enjoying every precious moment we have with him. He is our world.
