Where Are They Now?
Tell us about your wedding?
When I think of it now, I remember how fun it was and how it was almost exactly as I had hoped – perfect weather and all!
Now that some time has passed, what would you differently?
Our wedding day was exactly what I wanted at the time; if anything I would maybe reduce the guest list to make it more intimate – there is never enough time to spend quality time with all your favourite people in just 1 day.
What was the memorable moment of your wedding day?
How unbelievably excited I was to get inside that venue and get married!
What advice do you have for others planning their wedding?
It’s your day; make it a day personalized for you and your significant other – it’s what it’s all about!
Did you have any vendors you absolutely adored and still remember?
Our caterers (By Word of Mouth Catering) were phenomenal, our photographer (Photography By Emma Pointon) amazing, and our florist absolutely fantastic! The DJ rocked the dance floor!
If you could do it all over again, what would your wedding look like?
I would love to elope, but my husband would never allow that!
Where has life taken you?
We’ve moved to the desert 600km away and back again. What are you up to now? We now have 2 kids and are in the middle of renovating our forever home. Life is never dull!
What is the secret to your marriage?
A very patient husband and an organized wife 😉 and a lot of love and support from our immediate and extended family and friends.
I had the honour of being the Celebrant for Will and Michele. Great couple, awesome venue and a very happy day.
