My long-held belief is for a country full of amazing creatives – we certainly don’t make enough of the amazing landscape that outback Australia shows off. This feature of modern Australian desert inspiration? Right up my alley when it comes to something that celebrates the beautiful Australian landscape.
Dreamt up by Foreva Events today’s talented team of creatives worked to create wedding inspiration inspired by the Queensland Summer heat. Eva and her team explaining “This shoot was inspired by the season of Summer and aims to reflect the heat and sunshine of a Queensland Summer’s day. From the colour palette to the choice of furniture and the arid, dry setting, the overall vibe of this style portrays a day in the desert. The vibe is raw yet relaxed, modern yet elegant and bold yet not overstated. The overall vibe of this shoot challenges the traditional norms of wedding styling, bringing a strong point of difference and bold statement of unique styling.”
Photographer Klee Photography and Fable House Films (stay tuned for their film!) worked to capture the magic as the Foreva Events team worked their magic with florist Stylised. The scene, set at Fort Lytton MX was filled with naturally toned furniture from The One Day House (and a beautiful wooden bar from Gathering Events) and complemented by stationery pieces from Paperlust. Hair and makeup artist Peekaboo Make Up making over our bride who dressed in a sparkling, beaded Anna Campbell gown as she stood in front of the modern typographic ceremony backdrop by Simply Signs. And when there is a wedding, of course, there is a cake. Topped by a I Am Poppy topper, Made In Mayhem created a decadent, and delicious masterpiece that spoke of the neutral, earthy tones used throughout the shoot.
Fable House Films captured the beautiful shoot as it unfolded on film.
