I love the colour contrasts in this six-tier cheese cake. The ash rinded cheese adds a little decadence don’t you think? Kylie and Chris chose cheese from Emerald Hill Deli (including Le Delice Brie, Valdeon Queso Azul Blue, Figaro Goats, Maffra Cheddar and Swiss Appenzell) decorated with vines and muscatel grapes.
