I never thought of myself as much of a white chocolate person, but after we created this Tipsy Iced White Chocolate, I think I am converted. From now on, there must always, always be white chocolate in milkshakes and they must be spiked, and please don’t forget the ice cream!
This icy-cold cocktail puts a fun spin on a traditional vanilla milkshake and the boozy twist makes it extra delicious.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
30ml Amarula cream liqueur
1 cup of milk
Method:
Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave or in a saucepan until they’re a smooth consistency
When your molten chocolate is cool, add ice cream, Amarula cream liqueur, milk and white chocolate to a blender and blend together until ingredients are combined.
Serve cold, it won’t last long.
