Fresh fruit makes a cocktail practically a health food! The patterned people agreed when we crafted this cocktail! Combining two of the boldest fruit flavours – mandarin and raspberry – with bubbles, into a Mandarin Raspberry Bellini makes for the perfect wedding breakfast cocktail or something just delicious for post ceremony celebrations now that the weather is getting warmer! The fruit flavour combination will refresh your guests and get them into the pop-fizz clink mood!
Ingredients:
15 ml mandarin juice (strained)
10 grams raspberries
5 ml raspberry liqueur
Pink champagne or sparkling rose
Method:
In a juicer or bullet blender, combine the mandarin juice and raspberries. Strain into a glass and add the raspberry liqueur. Top with pink champagne or sparkling rose.
