How can you possibly say “no” to peanut butter ice-cream and chocolate?! Oh my goodness – what a perfect indulgence this Cocktail Friday! The ‘Eagle Street Treat’ from Pony Dining Eagle Street Pier is such a sweet delight which I just can’t resist this weekend! Please don’t ask me to share….
Ingredients:
20ml Frangelico
20ml vodka
20ml Baileys Irish Cream
20ml milk
20ml chocolate sauce
2 large scoops of peanut butter ice-cream
Maple syrup
Chocolate block
Method:
Using maple syrup and grated chocolate, rim the glass and set aside. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Make a chocolate spiral on the inside of a martini glass with the chocolate sauce. Double strain into the glass and finish with chocolate curls and sauce.
