Lavender Fizz

This Cocktail Friday The Pisco People are bringing the taste of Peru down under, introducing a selection of South America’s finest Pisco for us to discover for summer.

One such beverage, created by brand ambassador and award-winning mixologist Daniel Monk, is the deliciously smooth ‘Lavender Fizz’ – combining Pisco with lavender syrup, elderflower liqueur and soda, poured over ice with a squeeze of lemon, pinch of black pepper and a sprig of lavender to finish. Perfect for garden party weddings!

INGREDIENTS:

40ml Pisco

15ml lavender syrup

10ml elderflower liqueur

10ml dry vermouth

25ml lemon juice

Soda water

Ice

Sprig of lavender to garnish

METHOD:

Mix together Pisco, lavender syrup, elderflower liqueur and dry vermouth.

Pour over ice in a tall glass, squeezing in half a lemon before topping up with soda water.

Stir well and add a sprig of lavender to garnish.
